Our history

The history of UNICON Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd dates back to 1975. Mr. Parvez Latif Qureshi established the company as a partnership firm by the name of UNICON International providing professional consultancy services in architecture, urban planning and engineering on a wide variety of projects to private, public and multilateral agencies.

UNICON changed its corporate status from partnership firm to a Private Limited Company in 1998 and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Ordinance 1984 as “UNICON Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd. The ownership and shares of the company are divided between the two directors Mr. Parvez Qureshi, Chief Executive/Director and Ms Nadira Bashir, Director. The registration number with SECP is K-07104.

UNICON Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd has extensive experience of providing architectural and engineering (A&E) services to different parts of Pakistan as well overseas. The firm has diversified experience in the fields of educational, health facilities, commercial, industrial, regional planning, master planning, conservation, institutional buildings, sports facilities, residential projects and interior designing.
